With our unique Personal Shopper service a trained professional will assist you in finding the jewel you want.

With this service we offer you our workshop service, through which we can present you with a fully customized and flexible design, as well as the full available range of products in all our stores.

Our sales assistant will present information and pictures of products that meet your requirements and if you wish, you can buy them online.

Bespoke, Upcycling and Sizing

Having a bespoke piece made to your individual requirements is a thoroughly rewarding experience which results in the most personal jewellery that you will treasure forever.

Our design studio are on hand to help with sourcing, designing and creating you perfect pearl jewellery and can cater to pretty much any budget. So please do drop us a line to learn more about our complimentary consultation process.

One of the most wonderful things about pearl strings is that they’re completely flexible. Pearl necklaces can be split into bracelets and earrings. This lets you keep wearing your jewellery when fashions change or you want to take more enjoyment from a cherished family heirloom.

Delivery

Shipments are made by registered, certified post for both domestic or international shipments.

Approximate delivery times are between 6 and 8 days for domestic shipments and 10 to 15 days for international shipments.

Prices include shipment and handling charges if applicable. The exact charges depend upon the number of items and weight. The following table can be used as a guide:

Warranty

Each piece of Tenerife Pearl jewellery is lovingly hand-crafted using the finest materials and fully guaranteed from the date of purchase subject to the normal conditions of wear and tear.

The guarantee period for defects in manufacture is as follows: 6 months for glass based pearls, mother of pearl and costume jewellery, 1 year for freshwater pearls and 5 years for oyster pearls.

Our guarantee does only apply to the pearls and is only valid when accompanied by the original receipt. Pearls do require a little looking after, you can learn how in our Pearl Care section.

Returns & Exchanges

It can be difficult to be absolutely sure when shopping online, which is why we operate an ‘if you don’t love it, send it back’ policy. This means that you can return any item for a full refund within 15 days.

Items ordered online can be returned within 15 days of receipt. Shipping costs for returns are at buyer’s expense.

Tenerife Pearl will not accept returns for any items that have been worn or show any signs of wear and tear. We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes will not be refunded for shipments outside the European Community (EU).

Refunds will be made within 30 days of delivery of the returned items. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products, correctly returned, will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card.

Gift Returns & Exchanges

If you have received an item from Tenerife Pearl as a gift or you would like to exchange your purchase for a different item, you are welcome to return it for an exchange. Please email us at crm@tenerifpearl.com or call (+34) 922 741 250 to arrange the exchange.

Exchanged items will be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and checked. However, if you see something that you’d like straight away, please do order it over the phone or online through our personal shopper service and we will refund your original item once we have received it.
